There has been yet another change in my life! After moving to Tennessee last summer and enjoying setting up our new home and farm through the Fall, by winter we realized we had spent too much money! I found a job at a piano rebuilding shop a couple of hours away and would work four days a week there, staying evenings at a local hotel. Unfortunately, this left little time for my real work. It also was quite a difficult experience, being an employee for the first time in my adult life. How do you people do that?

But that is all over now. I am back on the farm and except for a month trip to Chicago to service a number of clients, I can now devote all of my time to this important work. I have had time to think of many new ideas, trying to prioritize them taking a bit of time. I will continue to record the works of Charles Wesley and Fanny Crosby and will significantly increase the number of recordings released in the coming weeks. I am also working on short biographies on these individuals so we can better understand their lives, faith, and work. And as always, I will continue to release new recordings of solo piano music. (Yesterday I actually got to practice three whole hours, what fun!)

As always, thank-you so much for your continued support as I close out my 10th year on this project.

There is a new way you can support this channel and its project. There is a link under all the videos which looks like “$” inside a heart. Clicking on it will allow you to donate which goes a long way to continuing my work. I greatly appreciate everybody who makes any financial contribution to supporting my work!

As an extra special thanks to those who financially support this effort, I am preparing a collection of sing-along recordings. These have and introduction and sufficient stanzas for most hymnal settings (4 – 6). Stay tuned!
